Conceptualized
in the year 1994, Futura Surgicare Pvt Ltd is catering to the
requirements of surgeons by exclusive manufacturing of surgical sutures.
The company’s manufacturing facilities built at in Bangalore,
India meet stringent Good Manufacturing Practices.
Being ISO 9001:2008 certified private limited company, ours is the first
Indian company to manufacture two different sterile synthetic
absorbable surgical sutures, i.e. Polyglycolic
Acid Sutures, under
brand name PETCRYL
and Polyglactin
910 sutures under the brand name PETCRYL 910.

Mentor
Our flourishing
organization is promoted by Mr. A. D. Setty, a professional hailing
from Pharmaceutical sector and having a rich experience of over 28
years. Mr. Setty is the Executive Chairman of the Company and is
supported by professional managers for day to day company's operations.
Mr. K.R. Rao, who retired as Production Manager in Johnson &
Johnson Limited, India has helped us to set up the manufacturing plant
and enlightened the workers on the various manufacturing methods.

Product Range
All Sutures are marketed under the corporate brand name of DOLPHIN
SUTURES. These sutures conform to and surpass the standards set under
United States Pharmacopoeia, better known as USP.
Our wide range of products encompasses Absorbable Surgical
Sutures namely, PETCRYL 910 [Polyglactin 910 Sutures],
PETCRYL [Polyglycolic Acid Sutures],
Polydiaxanone, PETCRYL MONO [Poliglecaprone 25 Sutures]
and PROGUT [Catgut Chromic Sutures]
Sutures. Non-absorbable Suture range include LINEX
[Monofilament Polyamide], SUTURA [Black Braided Silk Sutures],
PROCARE [Coated
Polyester] and DURACARE [Monofilament
Polypropylene Sutures] Sutures.
The Company also offer Hernia Mesh
[also known as PP MESH]
manufactured from Monofilament Polypropylene with diversified
specifications.

Infrastructure
State-of-the-Art production facilities of 10,000 square feet are built
at Industrial Area in Bangalore with clean rooms and requisite machines
and equipment. Our production unit has been conferred with W.H.O. GMP
certification, ISO 9001:2000 from DNV Germany and CE certification from
EVPU. The unit is strategically located at Silicone City of India for
easy access. Manufacturing license is issued is granted by FDA,
Karnataka, India. |
Management Team
Testing of rawmaterials, work-in-process and finished products are ably
handled by our highly experienced and qualified personnel approved by
FDA. We have quality inspectors, production supervisors and allied
staff who have prior experience and have been trained to handle the
sophisticated process of manufacture and testing. |

run. This approach helped us to pioneer into manufacturing of PGA and
Polyglactin 910 sutures in India. The quality of raw material that goes
