• Features

  • Duracryl Plus is an antibacterial synthetic, monolament Absorbable suture coated with Triclosan.
  • Polydioxanone sutures are available from size 1 to size 3-0. Sutures are available in violet colour.
  • Duracryl Plus sutures are absorbed by simple hydrolytic mechanism and the absorption is predictable.
  • Duracryl Plus is composed of polymer made from 100% homopolymer of polydioxanone.

  • Duracryl Plus with triclosan coating helps to fight Surgical site infection.
  • Duracryl Plus suture has the highest tensile strength compared to any other synthetic absorbable suture and is absorbed over a longer period of time. Hence, the suture can be used where long term tissue approximation is required.
  • Duracryl Plus sutures are available with needles made from 300 series alloy steel for superior strength, sharpness and performance.
