Monogut is the brand name of Poliglecaprone 25 sutures manufactured by us. Poliglecaprone suture is a monofilament synthetic absorbable suture composed of a copoymer of glycolide and caprolactone. As the suture is monofilament in nature, it prevents wicking. The suture exhibits superior knotting and curling and hence is a good replacement for catgut sutures.
