International Women’s Day 2021 @ Dolphin Sutures
For us, at Dolphin Sutures, Gender equality, Diversity and inclusion more broadly, is an integral part of our culture for International Women’s Day this year, we want to align and focus on three key themes that we believe everyone can resonate with: RISE, SHINE and THRIVE.We ensure that women continue to progress toward gender equality at work,and we strive to create inclusive working environments.As a starting point, we are concentrating on following areas:
– Diversity and inclusion training for recruitment and hiring employees
– Programs to advance women in leadership positions
– Mentorship or coaching opportunities for women
– Organising Annual Health Checkups for women
We’re incredibly proud to share that we are 80% women dominated workforce in our factory and that’s our super power.As part of our commitment towards a diverse workforce, We plan to extend our focus on women participation to customer-facing areas such as sales,exports and marketing as well. Most of the front-line job responsibilities are handled by women aiming at a heightened and quality ownership and service experience for our customers.
