Surgical sutures
Absorbable (polyglactin, PGA, poliglecaprone, polydioxanone, catgut) and non-absorbable (polypropylene, nylon, polyester, silk, steel), plus specialty antibacterial-coated and barbed lines.
Surgical mesh
Polypropylene mesh in standard and custom cut sizes for hernia repair and soft-tissue reinforcement.
Skin staplers
Disposable and reusable skin staplers and staple removers, packaged to your specification.
Hemostats & bone wax
Oxidised regenerated cellulose hemostats and sterile bone wax for controlling surgical bleeding.

What is your minimum order quantity for private label?
MOQs depend on the product, packaging and level of customization. We work with both established distributors and newer brands — share your requirement and we will quote a realistic starting quantity.
Can you support product registration in my country?
Yes. As an ISO 13485, CE and WHO-GMP certified manufacturer we provide the documentation partners need for registration — CE technical file access letters, Free Sale Certificates, stability data and device master information, subject to a supply agreement.
Can I put my own brand on the products and packaging?
Yes — that is the core of private labelling. Your logo and artwork go on the pouch, box and shipper, with regulatory-compliant label content for your market. The device is manufactured to the same standard as our own Dolphin-branded range.
Do you offer custom needle and suture combinations?
Yes. Needles are swaged in-house, so we can build custom needle profiles, curvatures, lengths and thread gauges, and combine them into procedure-specific kits.
How long does a typical OEM program take to start?
After scope and sample approval, artwork and a pilot batch, first commercial shipment timelines depend on volume and registration requirements. Our exports team gives you a schedule with the quote.
