Dolphin Sutures participated in The Symbiosis University Hospital and Research Centre (SUHRC) conference on the “A to Z of Hernia Surgery” on December 10 and December 11 at its Lavale premises. This event was an opportunity for us to showcase our Dolphin Mesh, Dolphin Sutures and Dolphin Adhesives range of products.
With more than 165 top laparoscopic surgeons in attendance, Surgeons who specialise in hernia surgery and abdominal wall reconstruction shared their experiences through lectures, panel discussions, debates and a live operative workshop. Over the duration of the two days, 20 national and international faculty members presented every aspect of the surgery, including the latest advances ranging from various laparoscopic techniques evolved over the past decade, as well as concepts of robotic hernia surgery
This was a unique opportunity for participants to understand about the Dolphin premium product range like Liquiband, Teflene(PTFE Sutures), Durabarb (Barb Sutures) and Composite Meshes to watch and interact with experts over latest techniques in Advanced Hernia Surgery and our composite meshes being used in live surgeries. The conference proved to be a huge success in terms of promoting awareness about new and improved techniques to treat Hernia that challenged the limits and opened up newer possibilities.
