The range
Eight product families spanning absorbable and non-absorbable sutures, mesh, staplers, clips and hemostats.
Synthetic and natural absorbable sutures — polyglactin, PGA, poliglecaprone, polydioxanone and catgut — that lose tensile strength predictably and are absorbed by the body, so no removal is needed.
Permanent monofilament and braided sutures — polypropylene, nylon, polyester, PTFE, silk, UHMWPE and stainless steel — for closures that need lasting tensile strength.
Feature sutures beyond standard materials — triclosan-coated antibacterial sutures and barbed knotless sutures — that add an antibacterial coating or a self-anchoring barbed design to established suture polymers.
Polypropylene, composite and semi absorbable surgical mesh for hernia repair and soft-tissue reinforcement, in flat sheets and pre-shaped 3D anatomical forms for open and laparoscopic surgery.
Disposable and reusable skin staplers, a staple remover and a mesh tacker for rapid, consistent wound closure and hernia mesh fixation.
Polymer ligation clips and appliers for secure vessel and duct occlusion in open and laparoscopic surgery.
